Hercules Alexander Eberhart
Age: 18

Personality: Hercules Alexander has a strong personality, and is easy to get along with, when people get past the "dumb jock stereotype". Gifted in athletic ability, he has a smidgen of book sense but finds himself more interested in lifting weights than with a stack books. His mind is eager to tackle hard physical tasks if given the opportunity, but when it comes to a test of his ability, that is where his gift of problem solving and heavy laid determination come into play. Though he has a strong exterior, inside is a child-like quality that makes him honest and amused at small things. While these are great characteristics of the six foot six eighteen year old, they can lead to many disadvantages to his character.

Sometimes that determination leads to stubbornness, shutting his mind to what he really needs to hear, his reaction most characteristic of a spoiled child than an adult. He also fails to see the destruction of others unless their personality flaunts bad character. So easy to trust others, and not foreseeing their own flaws he will defend someone until slammed in the face with their dishonest actions. If someone calls him a friend, he will remain loyal never bending his trust and hope until that person proves themselves wrong. It's his naivety that cloaks over the reality, and he's only able to see the good in people. He sets himself up for ridicule and self-doubt because of that ignorance. When others see fit to pull him down, that usual high self-esteem will come crawling down making him wonder if his actions are worth it all.

Biography: Hercules Alexander Eberhart was born the same day as his father's 40th birthday. The bouncing baby boy was his father's pride and joy, and the son he'd been waiting for. From the time of his birth, his father always had a firm hold on his son in the hopes that he would grow to be a mature, strong and impressive man. He was a determined little boy, taking each day as a test of his strength. If he fell down, he bounced back in his eagerness to do his best. It wasn't easy to fill the roll of Zeus' son, especially when the boy had so much admiration for his father. While Hercules was a wonderful person, there was still so much for the ignorant teen to learn, things that his father could only describe. Along with Hercules' ambition, there was a vulnerability that left him wide open for hurt.

Hades had been ordained Hercules' Godfather at his birth, a seemingly important part to the youth's upbringing, and a title bestowed by Zeus. The two had come to very diverse opinions, Hades lifestyle creating a wedge between them and he was stripped of his title. Hades never saw Hercules past the age of five, Zeus laying a strong, protective hand over him. He was at an impressionable age, with an innocence that his father would not have tainted. Perhaps it was that protective hand that kept Hercules so sheltered, and it was only later that Zeus realized the impact it had on his son.

Turning from gawky pre-teen to young adult was never an easy transition to make, and it was no different for Hercules. Despite his father's wealth and title, it was something that even the rich kids didn't give him a break on. Kids were mean, their versatile nature disastrous for anyone that was the slightest bit different. It wasn't until his Junior year of high school that he really started to shine. When he'd finally grown into those stocky, bowed legs and long arms, having taken the entire summer to train and push himself in the right direction. With the right trainer, the right classes, on the outside he became a new person and that is when people started to take notice. No longer stood an unimpressive youth with lanky features and a strength he had yet to grow into. Now a key player on the wrestling team, track and a few other sports Hercules had finally found somewhere he belonged. The promising start of trophies on his mantle was just a reminder to what he was capable of.

Despite his son's achievements, Zeus hoped that the athletic scholarship to Balamb University would mature the young adult. The day of his acceptance, Hercules gave a bright grin and flashed the paper in his father's face, a proud jab to what he'd accomplished. It was no surprise the nod of approval, put Zeus could only hope that the experience would benefit and show that popularity wasn't going to always give him what he wanted. It wasn't that Hercules was full of egotistical pride, because he wasn't, it was just too easy for him to fall victim in the wrong crowd. There was more than the rise to stardom, and Hercules was at the age to climb and enjoy the ride. It was the experience that Hercules would finally have to realize for himself, without his father protecting him every step of the way. He'd finally grown to be a legal adult ready to branch out on his own.
